Consignor Receipt Form
When artwork sells the amount due to the Consignor is automatically calculated based upon the gallery's agreement with the Consignor. The Consignor Receipt form provides an easy way to document payments made to a Consignor.
In some instances you might want to pay the consignor in multiple installments. No problem. This form allows you to make as many payments to the Consignor as you require. Simply enter the check number, amount paid, date paid and you're ready to print and mail the Consignor Receipt form along with the check to consignor, documenting what's been paid as well as any outstanding balance.
This form includes a description of the sold artwork, consignor commission settings, and appropriate transaction-related details.
If you wish, you may also choose to have the purchaser's name and address appear on this document as well.
