The Gallery Assistant® iPad app is a powerful sales tool, providing you with information at the moment you need it. This application works in conjunction with the Artwork Manager™, seamlessly syncing all inventory to your iPad.

Art Gallery iPad App

Download from the App Store and login with your Artwork Manager™ password to start syncing your data via a wifi connection. Once you are synced there is no need for a wifi connection, allowing you to take the Gallery Assistant everywhere you go.

Use the search function to narrow down to specific search criteria, such as Medium Type, Media, Collection and Price Range. This function is perfect for in the gallery or studio, at art fairs and in home consultations.

Display a full screen image of the artwork overlaid with the artworks information. Within the artwork detail you can easily swipe to the next image or you can tap one of the smaller thumbnail images at the bottom of the screen to jump ahead.

The Gallery Assistant® works with the email function of your iPad, allowing you to easily send your collectors an email with a full size image of the artwork accompanied with the artwork details. Or use the air print option to wirelessly print a tear sheet for your collectors on the go. In addition, the Gallery Assistant® offers an excellent slide show function giving you the ability to display an onsite presentation. This also works great with the AppleTVs mirroring option giving you the ability to display on a larger screen.
