When you're a client of Managed Artwork, we're more than just your software provider. We're your software provider with benefits.
And one of the most valuable benefits is having Managed Artwork as your technology partner. You have more important things to do than worry about server security and performance, data backups, and the like. Today's business owners realize that saving data on the internet, when done correctly, is one of the safest and most flexible ways to manage data.
Server Security
The Artwork Manager is a 100% Web-based gallery software solution similar to your online banking Website, storing client data in an industry recognized SQL Server environment. Each client has their own private database containing only their information. Servers are backed up daily, and automatic weekly tape backups are cycled off-site from our secure hosting facility in the event of earthquake or other natural disaster.
Sensitive Customer Information
The Artwork Manager does not contain Credit Card numbers, Expiration Dates or Social Security Numbers anywhere on the server in any format. All online credit card transactions are processed via SSL encryption and sensitive information passed to your online Merchant/Bank Authorization Server.
Artwork Manager Login Security
The Artwork Manager is a secure environment where clients login to manage their gallery data. Clients may add as many internal User accounts as necessary. This is best compared to the expensive and outdated "Per-seat License" model. The Artwork Manager has full 128-bit SSL encryption for the most sensitive areas within the Artwork Manager and for an extra fee we can encrypt everything all the time.
Multiple Location Security
Security and Privacy are important subjects in today's electronic age where data is the most valued asset. One of the many advantages to using the Internet as your network is that galleries with multiple locations will save tens-of-thousands of dollars each year, as compared to paying for dedicated servers with a VPN connecting the physical locations, network security administrator, server patches and upgrades among other things.
