Web Locations
The Web Locations feature is a powerful tool which allows you to have multiple websites generated from a single database.
Artists, Inventory, Exhibits, News and more may all be assigned a particular Web Location so that specific information displays on a specific website.
Inventory Location
Inventory has a field called "Location" that allows you to define where artwork is physically located. The site administrator is even emailed when the location changes. You can also generate reports and filter the results so that you can view overall data, or data for each specific location.
Cost Savings
If you have multiple physical locations, the value proposition grows even stronger. Centralized data assets saves our clients thousands of dollars on an IT department that would otherwise be forced to hire a full-time IT manager and expensive hardware, software and per-seat licensing fees, upgrades, not to mention the security of a VPN.
