Private Viewing
Invite gallery clients to a secure private viewing area to see artwork you wish to offer only to them. Designed for galleries who provide certain clients exclusive access to artwork not displayed on the gallery's web site.
Often times you've got that special customer who always gets first dibs on the best pieces from those most sought-after artists. Of course, you don't want it displayed on the Website until you've given certain customers the opportunity to see it first.
The Private Viewing feature was designed for this scenario in mind. When your staff adds the artwork, just have them check the field for "Private". That will hide the piece from the Website until it is unmarked. Then you go to the specific customer(s) that you'd like to invite to see the work.
