Once you've successfully paid your setup fee, the following happens:

  1. Welcome Packet is emailed to you along with the Terms of Service.

  2. Your solution is setup within 1-business day. If you've purchased the Website feature and you have an existing website, we generally implement your Logo, Color Palette and general navigation schema so that you've got something close to your original website as a starting point with your new website.

  3. User Login Accounts are then setup for the Site Administrator. This primary representative in your organization (usually the owner) and is then capable of creating additional user login accounts for staff members.

  4. A support/training representative calls you to determine a good time to begin the walking you through using the Artwork Manager.

  5. Artwork Manager only clients are given 2 hours of training as part of your setup. Additional training is at $25 per hour.

  6. Artwork Manager + Website clients are given 4 hours of training as part of your setup. This includes 1-hour of our development staff ($100 p/hr) and may be used to customize your new Website and/or import any existing data.
