The Artwork Manager support team is friendly, effective and available Monday - Saturday, from 9 a.m. - 9 p.m. (east coast time). Managed Artwork clients have several options for support always at their fingertips:

  • If you're working with our software and a question comes up, send it to us via the Customer Support area which appears at the bottom of e-v-e-r-y page in Artwork Manager. No need to go to your email program to contact us.
  • Call us at 718.395.1825. Support phone numbers appear at the bottom of every page in your Artwork Manager.
  • Skype User names for support staff appear at the bottom of every page in your Artwork Manager. Call or Instant Message us via Skype.
  • Video Tutorials in Artwork Manager walk you through a training session at your convenience.
  • Help Bubbles appear throughout the Artwork Manager and provide instant answers to commonly asked questions.
