Transactions & Reporting
Sales transactions are facilitated in your physical gallery via the QuickSale-TM function. Sales made through your website are handled via e-Commerce. All sales transactions, whether processed in the gallery or online, are related to artwork inventory, contact records, artist records, and consignment records. QuickSale links it all together in a coherent way that simplifies your daily routine.
Generate an invoice using QuickSale, and the Artwork Manager automatically updates:
- the buyer's purchase history
- the buyer's gross amount spent with the gallery
- the artwork inventory record
- any commission due to a consignor
- the artist's Statistics page
Additionally, if an image of the artwork appears on your website, it will automatically be either designated as sold OR removed from the website, based on the preference you have set.
Invoice reports can be readily exported to 3rd-party accounting packages or used independently.
