Managed Artwork was the first to provide 100% web-based software exclusively to fine art galleries. The software is built on a powerful set of servers running ColdFusion 8 and Microsoft SQL in a highly secure facility located in Portland Oregon with the latest VM Ware providing remote daily backups.

Support & Service
We believe in free support and being available anytime whenever clients have questions or need assistance without charge. Our support staff are exceptionally skilled at helping clients maximize all the many benefits the software provides. In addition, all our support staff have years of experience working in a gallery with first-hand knowledge of the pains of running a fine art gallery. Support is free. However, we also provide affordable hourly customization services that empower those galleries that wish to customize their Website to look and function however they see fit while still being able to manage their Website internally with non-technical staff. Often times we hear fabulous suggestions to improve our software, these enhancements are free and ongoing and developed without additional cost to client.

Over 20% of our clients reside outside the United States in countries such as The Netherlands, United Kingdom, Australia, Indonesia, Canada and more. Currently, we provide 7 different currencies in 4 different Accounting Models: Dutch, New Zealand, Canadian and US. Each Accounting Model has it's own set of accounting rules matched with our client's tax authorities. Each model provides simplicity for many of the most complicated tax rules like gallery payments to GST Registered Artist/Consignor with proper BTW/VAT, Multiple Tax rates and much more.
