When it comes to insurance reports it's as simple as entering the appropriate value in the insurance field when adding new artwork. That's the last time you'll hopefully need to think about it.
In the event you need to show documentation for artwork that you've insured, simply click on the Insurance Report link and you'll get a complete list of inventory with insurance values. A complete export of this report is equally available and may be saved as .csv format.
