As soon as an order has been processed, regardless of whether it came from the Website ecommerce option or QuickSale-TM, an automatic email is sent to you, the customer and anyone else you choose, confirming the purchase details.
The order is instantly accessible within the buyer's SALES tab, where you will conveniently find all past orders and their detailed information, including Purchase History. You may also indicate a shipment's tracking number, mark the expected arrival date and post a message to your client that their Order Status has been updated and they can login and review the details.
