The Setup Process
| The setup process can be as straight forward as setting up your account and providing you with a login/password or as intricate as importing from numerous sources and customizing a complete website with with custom layouts for every page. Regardless what your needs, we're more than capable of facilitating any scenario. |
 When the setup fee is paid, we will assign you a Project Coordinator that will work with you during the entire setup process ensuring your comfortable working on your own. Support is always friendly and free. |
- 24-hr Account Activation
Within a day, you'll be able to login to your own Artwork Manager and begin our Web-based gallery software. We'll import any existing artists, inventory, images, *contacts, *invoices during the setup process. Training is at your pace and as simple as calling our toll-free 800 number to talk to support anytime you need assistance.
- Website Design
Regardless the Web design... our software wraps seemlessly around your design to ensure your site looks exactly as you desire. Certainly, we'll let you know if a design negatively affects search engines or if a design were to isolate certain types of visitors but generally speaking... anything is possible and in your control.
- Launch when you're ready
When you're comfortable with your new Website, we'll make it live. On the launch day, we'll walk you through Meta Tags, Paid Advertising and Internet Marketing to ensure you're properly setup for the search engines. We'll also help you send a bulk-email message informing your recently imported contacts that you're new site is live!
